I cannot reproduce the issue following your scenario, neither by following this
scenario:
1) Download and extract nightly build from
http://repository.amdatu.org/nightly/org/amdatu/amdatu-release
2) Start Amdatu
3) Open http://localhost:8080/dashboard/jsp/dashboard.jsp
4) Login as Administrator
5) Add the useradmin gadget
