If you run the JMeter test plan to test the UserAdmin REST service (Amdatu
UserAdmin - 0.1.0.jmx), then open the UserAdmin gadget in the dashboard
yourself simultaneously, in most cases the gadget doesn't show any users or
groups. The REST service in this case returns a 404 since
m_userAdmin.getRoles(null) returns null. This should not happen; at least the
Administrator user and group is always available as it is not removed by the
JMeter test.
