I do not agree with myself ;->
Usually OAuth service consumers are not registered by deploying an OSGi bundle
in the framework. Usually, they are registered by external users, using the
REST interface. So even if the whiteboard pattern would be supported, there is
still need of a registry service with CRUD methods. Furthermore, whiteboard
style does not facilitate removal of consumers, which must be supported.
