Bram de Kruijff commented on AMDATU-399:
----------------------------------------

I'd propose a a simple maven mojo that can be attached to the build lifecyce
(as well as command line) mapping available existing model ifnormation to REST
api parameters. Scope should include:

0) implementation of the mojo
1) iIntegration into current build
2) Usage documentation

Implementation question is how to map x.y.z-SNAPHOT version to a version in ACE
that triggers an update. As we may not want to go into deploy phase each cycle
(too slow?) a custom timestamp solution embedded into the mojo may be better
suited?

> Command line / maven client that talks to the AMS REST API

> At present an ACE server can only be managed through its webui. AMDATU-390
> will provide a REST api that will allow us to automate common tasks like
> updating a bundle from a build. To do so we only need a client to do so. For
> more intel see
