Just had quick look bun can not reproduce with the 0.1.1 release zip. Some
thoughts:
1) Have seen acquireBundleLock deadlocks before during startups when
startlevelservice is still running
2) Have seen deadlocks with sideeffect from dm callbackservices that register
components/services
When reproducible please attach a full thread dump with more info (try
CTRL-break / kill -QUIT).
