It must be possible to add the same gadget (same URI) to the dashboard twice,
each with its own preferences. For example, two weather gadgets one showing the
weather in NY, the other in LA. In the current dashboard however, the second
gadget is not rendered when you add it. Also the gadget URI/start id mechanism
probably needs refactoring.
