The auth framework should support plugging in additional authenticating or
authorizing realms, integrated into Amdatu over REST.
For example, an NTLM authenticating realm is implemented and exposed using a
REST API. The realm is registered in Amdatu and the Amdatu Auth framework then
invoked that realm for authentication, over REST.
