I have noticed that our "build optimizations" through profiles make it hard
for people to bootstrap on amdatu. Major issues seems to be the fact that a
simple mvn package does not provide the artifacts to startup a dev server.
Therefore I suggest changing the from optimization by default to expception. Ie
a mvn package in the trunk does everything and profiles will only be used to
shorten build times for developers that know what they are doing.
