Hhmm, tricky. Seems that Jonathan's patch is incomplete. When I invoke
org.apache.cassandra.thrift.CassandraServer.describe_keyspace(keyspaceName), it
doesn't return the keyspace if the casing is incorrect. I'll refactor the
keyspaceExists in CassandraDaemonServiceImpl to ignore case.
