Hi,

I just created the issue in the subject:
When measuring the performance of a simple servlet with JMeter, there is a
significant difference between the performance of the 0.1.1 and 0.2.1 releases.
This seems to be caused by the update of the org.apache.felix.http.jetty
library from 2.0.4 to 2.2.0. When using the old library in the 0.2.1 releases,
the performance is good again.
With 40 concurrent threads, the 2.0.4 version can handle 4640 req/sec, the
2.2.0 version 1080 req/sec.

Can we use the old version of the library with 0.2.1 release or are there any
dependencies on jetty-2.2.0?

Futhermore, I think at least some performance testing should be done before
releasing new versions of the platform.

Regards,
Dion
