The OAuth server doesn't start in the release demo artifact, which causes issue
http://jira.amdatu.org/jira/browse/AMDATUAUTH-101. The problem is that no nonce
store is deployed, which is required by the OAuth server. The Cassandra
implementation should be added. See patch
