In the trunk release, Cassandra fails to shutdown properly on the 'shutdown'
command. When i peform a 'shutdown', the Cassandra application bundle remains
STOPPING but never stops. Problem seems that
StageManager.getStage(Stage.MUTATION); invoked in stop() never returns.
