Resolution: Won't Fix
The mimetype service was removed months ago and replace by the hardcoded Felix
HTTP service Mimetypes list. Nobody seems to have noticed missed it since and
we do not have a use case for it (yet). Therefore closing this issue as wont
fix. If the need arised a new request can be created accordingly.
