We need the following feature:
- An admin can mark a user account to require its password to be changed upon
first login. For example this may be the case when a new tenant has been added
with a default username/password.
- When the user logs in for the very first time, the login service should
detect that and respond with a 'password required'
- The gadget shows three fields (old password and new password twice (for
verification)). When these are posted, the password is changed and the user is
logged in.
