Hi, I just created an AWS account for setting up sandbox cloud services (for demonstration & example purposes, not for production!). At the moment only Ivo has an account there. If someone wants an account, please email [email protected], the board (at the moment Hans Bossenbroek and me) will then review and provide access to AWS.
Please use the account in moderation. Use micro instances when possible, shutdown instances or S3 blocks if possible etc, to prevent cost running high. It's all elastic, which also means 'could be unexpected really high' :). We standardize for now on the European Region (which is in Ireland) on Amazon, please use that region for setting up Amazon services.
