Description:
To support the new multi-tenant model we need multi-tenant platform service. We
are using an initial build time approach allowing full control over the
artifacts in out own namespace:
1) Wrap Configuration Admin (PLATFORM|TENANT)
2) Wrap Event Admin (PLATFORM|TENANT)
3) Wrap File Install (PLATFORM)
4) Wrap LogService (PLATFORM|TENANT)
5) Wrap MetatypeService (PLATFORM|TENANT)
6) Wrap Declarative Sercices (PLATFORM|TENANT)
7) Wrap Prefs (PLATFORM|TENANT)
8) Wrap UserAdmin services (PLATFORM|TENANT)
-> remove ua extender hack / aspect
