I separated this issue into two parts:
- Fixing the theme switching (this issue)
- Including the themes in the plugin (see
http://jira.amdatu.org/jira/browse/AMDATUOPENSOCIAL-170)
So I reviewed and committed the v2 patch. The v2.1 patch has been attached to
issue 170.
