The appdata based user pref stores the user prefences in the appdata part of
the user. Now if the gadget spec is updated and a new user preference is added,
it will not be available in appdata and since the store only returns the
persisted user preferences, will never be available. The appdata store should
apply the same logic as the ShindigOpenSocialContainerImpl.loadUserPrefs
method: it should first load the userprefs fro mthe gadgetspec, then overrule
the default values with the persisted values.
