The problem is that Amdatu now shows the 'loading' div until the gadget is
loaded, then hides the loading div and shows the gadget div. In this case
gadget.window.adjustHeight is invoked from the gadget JS before Amdatu performs
the hide/show. And so the gadget.window.adjustHeight is unable to dtermine the
proper height of the gadget (as it is not visible at that time).
