The HFactory.getOrCreateCluster method of Hector provides two variants; one
that takes clustername and host ip (used by Amdatu) and one that takes
clustername and a CassandraHostConfigurator. The latter variant provides
fine-grained configuration of the Hector thrift connection. As Amdatu Cassandra
internally invoked the first variant, it uses the Hector thrift connection with
default configuration which cannot be changed.
It should be change the default configuration options provided in the
CassandraHostConfigurator class of Hector. This could be implemented by adding
a .cfg file for the Hector CPM containing these properties, which are read and
passed by Amdatu.
