Done some polishing:
* updated the run script for non-Windows platforms;
* separated the demo configurations for the 'local' and 'web' tenants, in order
to demo them separately;
* moved the web-demo to /rest/demo (perhaps /rest/mt was better?) to allow more
kitchensink demo's for the web.
It runs on my machine, assigning this call to Bram for a last check on Windows
and we're done as far as I'm concerned.
