Since the URL of the dashboard has been changed in OpenSocial 0.2.1, the
authorize page is broken. However, the authorize page should not depend on the
jQuery resource in the dashboard bundle at all. Instead, it should embed its
own jQuery js such that the OAuth server can work without the OpenSocial
bundles being deployed (which is a very common use case).
