1) has been fixed
2) I did that on purpose, as everything the resource processor needs must be in
the "managementagent=true" scope (except for a few packages that are always
exported by the framework, such as org.osgi.framework). I'm a bit puzzled why a
resource processor should not have that scope?
3) Integration tests that use the management agent are indeed becoming an issue
in this transition towards provisioning everything via a MA.
I agree that for now reverting the changes makes sense and we should make a new
plan for migrating / refactoring our tests.
