Thought about and I think we need revisit this. Some preliminary findings:
1) I seriously dislike the plumbing/porcelain mix in workspace. The new methods
could easily be generic in line with the rest of the code. Maybe we need a
porcelain api, model specific helpers or maybe the entire model should be
hardcoded in workspace. But not a mix.
2) TargetState/AuditEvents are kind of similar(non modifiable additional info?)
but treated different in the api. TargetState a delegate to Target where
AuditEvenst are not. As a result, for example, state is contained in a model
export while events are not.
3) I think we need updateResources. Eg there seems to be no way to set
autoapprove on an existing target? In addition I think the state settings are
not actually used upon createResource.
