Cause:
I deployed the "fake" r1327211 release to the snapshots repository, but obviously it doesn't follow the snapshot layout convention. It only worked on the release server cause they were in the local repository.
Solution:
I deployed I deployed the "fake" r1327211 release to the external repository and added it to the AMS repository list.
