Did you study the implementation of the wrapper? Like I said, you need to add those filters and properties yourself, so your multi-tenant services bind correctly. Hint: that also means you cannot simply use a required dependency like you seem to be doing now.
I still don't see why splitting a bundle into two would not be an option.
