Committed initial code for provisioning support in itest to AMDATU-633 branch.

Open issues:

  • model not entirely final. Needs some more tweaks.
  • tests still depend on deprecated testcontext.
  • not all tests have been refactorred
  • clover support does not work yet (also AMDATU-661)
  • itest base inheritance needs more testing
  • add waitForDeploymentCompleteEvent();
