Bram de Kruijff resolved Improvement AMDATU-517 as Fixed

Cleaned up the code a changed locking a little:

  • Moved code to AbstractHandlerRegistry. Extender filters now managed by own FilterHandlerRegistry
  • Handler state management now in AbstractHandlerRegistry using lock on the instance.

Ps. Using a registration property for ext filters we could deprecate the DispatcherExtenderFilter interfaces
