I just unzipped the zip from http://repository.amdatu.org/releases/org/amdatu/release/org.amdatu.release/1.0.0-RC1/org.amdatu.release-1.0.0-RC1.zip. This zip contains a "tenant-PLATFORM.tenant" in the deploy dir.
