According to the OAuth spec, the OAuth timestamp parameter should be expressed in seconds. The pluggable OAuth validator provided by the Amdatu

server however invokes removeExpiredNonces with a timestamp expressed in milliseconds.
This results in errors in the nonce store implementation(s). The mem store impl for example removes all nonces directly when they are added.
