There are no config files in the Amdatu project who need a fix (in fact, there are no config files at all, save for in the tests). I did find 2 metatypes, in the rest-wink and tenant-conf bundle.
Only problem with this was in the kitchensink, which should not be issued on this Jira.
Guess this can be closed.
