This is all HTTP service internal. A likely concurrency issue arises when the the bundle gets stopped (eg. due to fileinstall updating it with a new version) while this thread has not yet been interrupted / has joined. As in this scenario the service does not get registered and the bundle is stopped it should not have a negative effect.
Not sure what you did exactly when you "upgraded the AMS"? If you can show a reproducible test and/or are experiencing issues from this error please let us know so we might be able to report the issue with Felix. If not I suggest we close this as wont fix, as there is not much we can do about it.
