It's hard to pinpoint based just on this report, but if this is a reproducible scenario for you I would appreciate it if you would try out the latest trunk version of the dependency manager as it might resolve this issue. Again, I can't say for sure, os if you have more information, or some kind of integration test I can run, that would be great.
