d= is not needed for every amforth system. The
default contains the minimum (as I see it) to
make a working system. Nothing more.

Its up to the user to include whatever (s)he
needs. Thats why I put the relevant "master"
include files into the application source
tree.

The dic_* include files in core/* are provided
to ease the work, they are not must-use files..
