That menu comes up not only if you Right click on a symbol rather than the WatchList name and then WatchList|Sort but also from the main menu [Symbol | Watchlist]. I suspect only the latter usage is intended in that invoking the former from a symbol in All, Markets, Groups or Sectors makes no sense to me.
