Take a look at MAM, most anchored momentum, by Rudy Stefenel. It is a modification of RSI to reduce the effects of old data dropping out of the calculation and affecting the current value. It is also better near tops and bottoms as it is not range restricted. You should be able to Google "most anchored momentum" or Rudy's name to get information on the details. Sid
