1. click on an add to keep it going (need at least 0.03% click rate I think)
2. You need to set up the intraday trade times to be that of US EST. Due to
summer time changes in both US and Australia this has to be changed when the
time change. Currently Sydney is 16 hours ahead of US times so intraday
trade times 1000-1600 should read as 1800-2400 and +16. In Sydney winter
2000-0200 and +14. And if the summer times Aust/US change at different dates
in between these dates 1900-0100 and +15

History values in AB database stay as recorded so if you want to maintain
the start times you need to alter the entire history to make them same
times. I do this by exporting the database with time change set to between
+2 and -2 depending on which way the times are changing and importing back.
A nuisance but only way I know how to do it. Would be good if QT plugin
changed the times before it got to the database
