SiCom - Singapore commodities - rubber and coffee - delayed prices if you want to scrape the site - don't know how good they are (they seem to work closely with Tokyo (TOCOM?) Did you get what you are looking for? eSignal seems to be 'the' AB option for those who live/trade outside the US. Yahoo for intraday delayed of Singapore main stocks.
