What about just using Firefox with foxmarks? Allows me to to file away hundreds of bookmarks in dozens of folders, like the Windows file system, but with the added bonus of storing notes in the properties of each bookmark. Maybe not the best organizing system, but certainly pretty good if you access the group via the web.
