Hi Friends,
I face same problem.
I want to use Amibroker and not pattern explorer. I wish Amibroker provide me
with all those special ones like pattern search etc.
thanks

Hi,
Tim is very right in asking for addition of more indicators.
I have seen some of my close traders not choosing AB for the simple reasons
that AB though a very good platform has very vry few indicator.
TJ all you have to do is to incorporate them and like tim said fill your
pockets.
Best of luck TJ

Tim,

Since you say that you are just using the charting aspect of AB, then
what purpose would auto trend lines have for you? You can draw them
as you go along just fine. Trend lines are subjective to some
degree. An algorithm can be generated in AFL to generate all trend
lines automatically, but you might not like the results (Take it from
an expert on the subject). Auto trend lines make sense when you are
trying to develop and backtest a trading system that uses trend lines.

There are many official enhancement requests for charting, but if you
have not kept your AB license up to date, you can not log in to see
their status or make new requests or add your support to existing
ones. That is the privilege of those continuing to support
AmiBroker's ongoing efforts to improve the software. In your case,
you will just have to wait and see what pops out in the releases.

Best regards,
Dennis
