Thanks a lot Patrick.

I have done it now - very well explained.

Cheers,

  Hi Abhijit,

Forgot to add that if you want to move the order of your icons on a toolbar,
you should hold down the ALT key and then left click on the icon and drag the
icon to where you want it.

    Hi Abhijit,

If what you are wanting to do is put a button on the toolbar next to where
you have the 5 and 15 minute buttons, it can be done with a little work. I've
done it for 1, 3, and 30 min periods. Here is what you should try:

        1) Tools-> Preferences -> Intraday and edit one of the custom time
intervals to 240 minutes.
        2) Right click on the view toolbar (next to your 5 and 15 minute
buttons) -> select Customize -> select Commands Tab -> select View ( in left
column) -> select Intraday (in right column) and drag (with right mouse button
depressed) to the View toolbar (next to your 5 and 15 minute buttons)
        3) Leaving the Customize/Commands menu open (this is important as the
next procedure won't work otherwise), now click the Intraday button you just
added and holding down the CTRL key select the 240 minute time frame you
created and drag it to the tool bar next to your 5 and 15 minute buttons.
        4) You now have a 240 minute button, however if you want to change the
image, do one of the following (keep the Customize/Commands menu open):
            a) to simply have 240 displayed, right click on the 240 minute
button and in the drop down menu edit the name to 240.
            b) to make a button which looks like your 5 and 15 minute buttons,
right click on the 240 minute button and select Edit Button Image. The Button
Editor will popup and you can then draw your symbol for your button with pixels
(or import one from a clipboard or icon editor file). This is a little tedious
and may be difficult for 3 digits -- my 2 digit buttons for 10, 15, 20 and 30
minute are tight when you put a circle around them, but they are color coded as
well.

    Hope this helps.

I have added buttons for time frames 5 and 15 mins apart from the default
'i h d w m' buttons in the Tool bar for Time fr5ames.

I want to add another for 240 minutes (which is not amongst the options
for customising).

Can someone help me to add this button please? Image below to explain
what I need.

      Regards,

      Abhijit
