As written here: http://www.amibroker.com/x64/ it is "a bit faster".
The difference in practice is hardly noticeable.
What can be 25% faster? Only certain array operations that use SIMD / 
SSE extensions on 64-bit
version and only normal FPU on 32-bit version.
That does not however translate to any signficant and noticable speed up.
