You need to modify the registry.
However, be careful of the follow:
a) A reinstall of AmiBroker will wipe the Tools menu registry area
b) An install of AmiBroker 64bit will wipe the Tools menu registry too
c) There is a hard coded limit of 10 entries inside AmiBroker (you can
create more, but they won't appear).
See HKCU\Software\TJP\Broker\Custom Tools
Create your own AgrsX, CommandX, InitDirX and NameX entry and also
ensure that the Count entry is incremented too.

I am looking for information on how to add an entry to AmiBroker's
Tools Menu via code. I know how to do this manually, but I want to
automate the process.
My data provider as part of their setup program added an entry to the
Tools Menu, so it can be done. I have searched the info on the
AmiBroker Object Model, but that didn't yield anything obvious.
Anyone able to point me at the relevant documentation?
