It *almost* works. What happens now:

1. Start NCP
2. Access Psion from Shell (all goes OK).
3. Turn Psion off
4. Try to access Psion again (Shell starts to wait)
5. Turn Psion on
6. Nothing Happens.
7. If Psion is now turned off and back on again, it works ok
8. If you don't touch the Psion, you get a Connection Dropped,
which you can Cancel to get your shell back or Retry, in which
   case go back to 6.

But at least there aren't any _annoying_ requesters anymore...

It would be nice to be able to start AmigaNCP from WBStartup, and then
connect a Psion on the fly. Much like the current version of PsiWin.
