Hi folks. I have just got K11 working in AMIRC after a lot of mucking about. The problem was the length of the path. I had to do some serious shortening of names. I did know the length, but can't say off the top of my head. Anyway, now I have it working, and I am mucking about with AREXX, I am a bit stuck with the commands and their syntax. /sound <nick> <soundfile> makes the sound play on the other person's machine. K11 implies that the two are the other way around..... /sound <soundfile> <nick> <message text> So why do I get TWO (2) requestors? I can kind of make out that the first one is the name of the sound file and the second one is the name of the one to play at my end.... How do I stop them? Auto get / send...??? I have seen people use this command: !<nick> <sound> but at my end, nothing happens if I see it or type it. Ok this is a bit off the main stream as it is NOT Netconnect's area, but it is to do with their software and the thirdparty software. And I am having a bit of trouble with K11's GUI.... The plugin's menu: By default it has KDCC in there, but nothing else. I want to add the ping one. I put in ping select the script and ADD it. It is there in the list. I save it. It works. I quit amirc, come back, and it is not there..... Yes, it is the latest version. I downloaded it but a week ago.
