Well, I ordered Voyager, AmTelnet, AmTerm and Voyager at once from
the Regtool, and got mail about transactions being OK and all, but
only ever recieved my voyager key, like almost 3 weeks later. My order
was in the 14th of december, my voager key arrived in mail the 6th,
the two others never showed up. I mailed the UK regsite people about
it as mentioned in the mail, but no reply. Finally, months later I had
contact with one of them again, and after some forth and back he couldnt
find my order at all, and needed more info about date etc. A few weeks
later I sendt him the info I got from the bank, which basicly only was
ammount and date and time, but never heard from the guy again.
Later I've used the web-based registration, which is almost instant.
IMHO the online feature in regtool should either be fixed so that it
talks to the same regserver as the web-registration does, and downloads
the keyfile instantly, like f.ex the miami regtool does, or it should
be dropped all together.
