I can find no way to bring the Window List to the front if it is covered
by another window... No easy way that is.
You can either put the window that is partially covering it BEHIND the
Window List, or you can use the pull down from AmIRC to move the Window
List to the front.
Even hacks like MultiCX will not let you double click on the Window List
to move it to the front like other windows.
