.. What I did find, was that AmIRC tries to make the Vapor
directory in envarc: before it tries to read what the directory
(that is already there) has in it.
.. Backwards, yes/no??? Due to this order of writing before
reading, I end up having to keep cancelling requestors before
I can get going.

Q: ... Do I need a Lib called screennotify.library? I get a Fail
result with SnoopDOS because it is not being loaded. Not
being loaded, because I don't have it.
