It's not really a bug, AmIRC just doesn't know if you want to grab from the
first printed character, or want to include all preceding control chars. You
can work around this by starting your cut at a point BEHIND the line
typed, and moving back to the beginning, stopping at the nickname of the
person that typed the line (which won't be included in the cut), this will
make AmIRC grab the leading control characters.
