Are there any plugin examples available that show the new 3.x capabilities,
specifically the Prefs Hook...
Also, the 3.1 Plugin is broken (I mentioned it on the list a bit ago and
never got an answer)
THe RawLine Hook in the 3.1 Plugin doesn't get the line properly ignored
when returning with a non-zero (1) or (EF_Eat) value;
